Hey everyone. Welcome to the Healing Everyday Podcast, stories and conversations to inspire you to be in the driver's seat of your life. Walk along up.
VICTOR
Hey everyone. Welcome to the Healing Everyday Podcast. My name is Victor,
DEANNA
And I'm Deanna.
VICTOR
Hi, Deanna. How are you?
DEANNA
I'm tired. I, I'm still getting up really early, even though work just finished. Um, it'll take probably like two weeks for me to get used to sleeping in and, and sleeping in for me is like 7:00 AM you know, and then it will slowly get to the point where I'm sleeping in, you know, with my kid until, you know, 8:00 AM and then before you know it, we're back at school and I have to do two weeks of getting back up at four. So, , I'm tired. .
VICTOR
Ah, you're fine. Maybe a little quick.
DEANNA
Yeah, maybe a little bit. Yeah, yeah. How are you? Um,
VICTOR
I, I'm, I'm doing well. Uh, we have, uh, we've completed a, a great year of presentations at schools. Uh, we, um, have a big year ahead of us. Uh, we have a new presenter that we're bringing on, uh, maybe more than one, but, um, one definitely in our, in the Chicagoland area, which we're very excited to start training and that's a, a new thing that's happening. Um, we also are working on with our great friend Danny, out in Las Vegas, to get her started out there, uh, in the schools, which we were finding out that a lot of them don't have a lot of this type of education, or if they do, uh, we're talking specifically if you're just joining us and learning about the Healing Everyday Podcast. We also do presentations at schools on keeping kids safe from unsafe touch. In other words, sexual abuse, awareness and prevention. And so, um, Danny says if they, they are doing anything at all, it's very minimal. And so we're trying to get the word spread out there in, in Vegas. So,
DEANNA
Yeah, we're, so even when we're on summer break, we're still working. Um, but we're, we wanted to talk today about the podcast or on the podcast rather, about the other fun stuff that we plan on doing. Cuz this is our time to reset, to relax and to fill our cut back up before we get back to school. Um, working in any sort of social services, working with people, uh, being a helping professional in any way. Um, and, and we are like, we're performers and we're public speakers, but we're also educator educators and mandated reporters. It's really easy to get burnt out, you know, I, I felt it the last month or so of work. It, it was a hard month. Um, and, you know, we typically feel it right around Christmas time, right around spring break. And so this is our time too, is even though we still have some work to do, to do fun stuff too, you know, to recharge so we can be there and present for the kids. So we wanna talk about today some of the fun stuff we have planned for the summer.
VICTOR
Yeah. So, um, something that I, uh, really love is, is, you know, my kids have about another week of school and then they're off for the summer. And, um, you know, with, with their mom, we do one week on, one week off, um, which is changes it up, which is really kind of cool because it gives me more time with the kids when I have them. And then, um, you know, a little bit of a break or whatever. But in terms of, um, something that my son, he loves my youngest, he loves the fish. And there's a park right over by my house and I just dropped him off yesterday and he's fishing for a while and he loves it. He just loves sitting there and casting and doing all that. So I told him, I said, I'll today, let's go after basketball, we'll go and I'll hang out with you.
And I'll, he's got an extra fishing pole. I'm not, I love to fish when I do have the opportunity to go. I love getting on a boat and going out and, and just really being in the present moment and, and, you know, the nature and the birds and all that. So that's one of the things I, I enjoy doing when I do do it. I don't do it very often, but, but today's gonna be fun. We're gonna be outside. It's a beautiful day here in the Chicagoland area. It's gonna be really, really nice. So I'm looking forward to, to doing that and, and just being one-on-one with him. You know, the other two have, they're so involved in school and sports and, and things like that, that Luke, uh, sometimes, you know, he's not as involved, which I know that's gonna change. He's gonna be in eighth grade next year. Um, but it gives me a chance to spend time with my, my youngest mom. I always say my favorite youngest son,
DEANNA
. Yeah, he is. Um, I actually used to go fishing all the time as a kid. It's one of the things that, um, me, my younger sister, my brother, I don't know if my older sisters did it, um, too much. But we would go with my dad. Um, and I, I love fishing. I haven't been in years, but I just said to my son, literally this morning, he slept in his bed all night. Um, and he was like, he came into my room and he goes, mommy, I was sleeping in my bed all the way until just now. And I'm like, wow, buddy. That's amazing cuz it is. Cuz normally he finds us in, you know, at two in the morning and sleeps by us. Um, and I was like, that's really cool. I was like, did you dream? And he goes, no. I go, well, I had a dream that I went fishing with you. And so I think, um, I think I might go fishing with him. I gotta get a fishing license, um, because I don't have one and I don't wanna get a ticket. I don't wanna get a ticket. So, uh, I really wanna do that this summer. I think it'd be a lot of fun too.
VICTOR
Not, not this is an aside, but you have to have a license anytime you fish.
DEANNA
I do believe so. Yeah. You should, you
VICTOR
Know, this is like a pond in the park.
DEANNA
You don't have a license?
VICTOR
No, he doesn't have one.
DEANNA
Well, no, you have to be 16 or older. He's good. He's not 16. He
VICTOR
Could just do it. But if I do it and get caught, I, I'm in trouble. Yeah. See, good to know. Everybody. See, I'm really glad we,
DEANNA
Yeah. Um, funny, funny enough, um, I'll Google my family, you know, because I I'll Google them like I Google, you like Google me, I google my family. Um, and side note, I don't know if we talked about this on the podcast yet. Um, if you google my name now my picture pops up and it says internet personality. I'm so much more than that. . It's not. Anyway, um, I was googling and I, I'll look up like local arrest records and things like that because I wanna, I wanna be the one to know, right? And call my mother-in-law and be like, guess who got arrested? Um, but I saw that one of my siblings that, that I don't talk to had gotten a ticket for fishing without a license. You know, it's, it's not that big of a deal, right? Like, it's, it's not like you go to jail or anything like that. But I don't want my name on there. I don't want that. I probably have my name on there for my, uh, talking while driving ticket, but they're probably talking about that just like I'm talking about them .
VICTOR
Exactly, exactly. One, one thing. Oh yeah, I, I guess I gotta look into that. Uh, but maybe it's for an hour. I can get away with it. Um, please no one call me in. Um,
DEANNA
And you're such a rule follower. Oh my God.
VICTOR
Well, how do you even get one? You go to the toilet?
DEANNA
I think, I think the currency exchange, honestly. Oh. But I don't know. I don't, I haven't gotten one, so I don't actually know. But I'm thinking like, you can do everything at the ESY Exchange, right? I feel like you could get one there. I'll Google it for you while I Yeah. I gotta
VICTOR
Now, One thing that I want to talk about, yeah, Google. It's all about Google . Um, I'm sure people that are listening are like, is there gonna be more to this podcast than this? Talking about Phish licenses? No. The one thing that I, I would like to share, because we are talking, this is a very loose kind of, uh, podcast today format in terms of, you know, talking about summer and how summer, to me, it, it, it just symbolizes just, I love it. It's just, it, the weather changes. And, uh, I love baseball, so I'll be going to a, you know, a Cubs game, uh, in the next week or so. Um, but something that I, I made a promise to myself last year. I, I, I work a lot, um, because I love it. I love, I love what I do and I love my business.
But, you know, just because we're done presenting in, in, in, you know, may end of May, June, um, doesn't mean I just get the coast because I'm, I'm trying to build, I'm trying to get more schools. I'm trying to connect with people and whatnot. So I made a promise to myself last year that it just, it goes by so fast that I really wanna balance it more. Like, literally like, I love to golf. I think I golfed maybe twice last summer. Um, which not that I have to golf, but just to take time, you know, I, I, um, I always think of, of Dan Sullivan, who's the founder of Strategic Coach and someone that I was part of for a while, but, um, just watch a lot of his videos. And he, he's, he's an entrepreneur and that's what he, he works with entrepreneurs and he, he calls hi his time system.
There's three components to it. There's, um, focus days are the days that you work and, and where you make your money, whatever you do for a living. And then there's your buffer days, which are your days to rehearse and to get ready for, to prepare for your focus days. And then there's free days, which I love that. And he really is talking about a 24 hour free day where you don't do anything work related. So if you go on a fishing trip, you don't bring, well, he talked about it years ago as a your briefcase, which no one really do. People still use briefcases. I don't know, maybe,
DEANNA
Maybe this be ironic,
VICTOR
Maybe 51 year olds anyway. But, um, that's funny. Um, but you don't bring any work related stuff now. It's harder now because a briefcase is a physical thing. Well, with your phone, you can get your whole work on, on your email and all that stuff. But my point is, I'm, I'm really trying to get that in my head for the summer where, okay, I'm gonna, you know, you're supposed to schedule them. I mean, things come up and things are, you know, but the key here is to not like, get up in the morning, check my email, do a little bit of work, and then take the rest of the day off. It's lit, literally scheduling, okay, I'm gonna stop working at five o'clock the day before or whatever time and say for the rest of this night and all day tomorrow, I'm not gonna check anything and do any work at all. So that's kind of a challenge, uh, that I'm putting out for myself. And maybe people that are listening to really try to have days. Again, I know a lot of people work full-time and all that, but even on the days that, you know, you have your weekends off to not do anything, just make it a hundred percent of a day where you work or that you, you play and have fun, that kind of a thing. So,
DEANNA
Yeah. Yeah. I, um, I have been listening to audio books, uh, for a long time now. I think I, I probably mentioned this before and it's because I still, I love reading. Um, reading was one of my favorite coping mechanisms as a kid besides soccer. I mean, books were like quite literally my escape. And when I got into college, I still read a lot. But when I started working, I couldn't sit down and read a physical book the same way I read in college, or the same way I read in high school. So I, you know, I, I got whenever Audible came out with Amazon, um, I started using Audible. I think I've been a member since like 2011 or something. And then I took a break for a little bit and then I signed back up. And what I realized with Audible is that I liked it so much because I could keep doing other stuff while I was listening, which I'm, in one sense, that's awesome.
Like, I could be cutting the grass and listening to an audiobook. I could be, you know, painting, I could be doing my makeup. I could be, um, getting, getting laundry. Like I could still be productive. But is that really doing something for me then, or is that like listening to music while you're getting, while you're still being productive? And I think that productivity could be important, right? But I also think it's important to, to not feel obligated to always be productive. Right? So I started reading hard co hardcover, you know, real about a year ago now. And it has been so nice because I can just set my phone down. My husband and son will be in the same room with me. They can be playing video games or they actually do a fair, Harry helps, um, cooking. He's onto sharp knives now. It's pretty awesome.
Um, and they, they'll put, oh, it's amazing, um, watching a five year old be able to chop an onion. So cool. And they talk about how it's spicy on their eyes. Uh, and, but like, I can sit down and, and read a book, to me that is the most, like, slowing down I've done in so long. And so yeah, taking a full day to lay out on my deck and just read a book is like such a gift. And so I've also asked Matt and Harry that, uh, you know, each day we read for 15 minutes together that there's no TV on. There's no, like, we have our light in the living room and that's it. They don't super love it. Oh, I don't really care. . It's literally 15 minutes. And I, I think it's, it's, it's a great thing. I think it's awesome.
And so, well, I, I do like to read to educate myself. I've also allowed myself to read more of the fantasy and the fun books again. You know. Um, I've got this one book that I've been reading. Um, I read it in spurts because it's, it's a lot of information. It's called Social Justice Parenting, and it's all about learning how to be an anti-racist and raise your child the same way. And it's, and it's a heavy book and it requires a lot of reflection. So that is like an educational book I'm reading. And I also started this new fantasy series, and then I have a different book that I'm reading to. And I used to do that all the time in high school and college, just read four different books at once. So I could, like, it's like going between TV shows, you know, the plot, you know, what's happening. And I, um, I'm, I'm really excited to do that throughout the whole summer where I don't have to be doing something. I don't have to listen to it on an audiobook, which is still awesome. I still love it. I still use it, but I, I don't know, I I'm really looking forward to that this summer for sure.
VICTOR
That's great. There, there's two things that I just learned from you and picked up on. And something that came to my mind is, well, when you have an actual boil card covered, it forces you, you have to sit down. You can't cut grass and flip pages , right? No. So
DEANNA
You could, but the lines won't be very straight
VICTOR
. That's funny. Uh, but Tony Robbins calls it the activity of, no, we're on a tangent, but he calls it scoring it. It's like if you have a movie and you don't have the music and there's a very intense scene and there's no music, there's the meaning, isn't there? Right. So he calls score your life, meaning when you are doing activities like cutting the grass or shoveling the snow, put on your headphones and score, listen to something or, you know, or whatever book on tape or what, whatever. Or music. And, and I think that's great. Like, I was cleaning my garage yesterday. I didn't have my headphones on, but I had my phone on. And it just gives you, you know, it, it, it makes it more of an enjoyable process. I think, you know, folding laundry is not the most fun thing in the world to do, but if you do it with headphones on, it's pretty cool. But that's one thing. And but, but you're still doing, you're being productive. Right? But what you're saying is
DEANNA
Right. Which, which is great. I, I love the idea of scoring it, you
VICTOR
Know, well, you do all that. I mean, you still have to do all that during the summer and all that. But like, I, I'm really trying to, like, when I go today to, to, you know, to to, to fish with my son, I think I'm gonna challenge myself to leave my phone in the car. And I, I'm al it's always glued to me. Like every now I'm always like, I'll cast a line li I went with him a couple weeks ago, um, and I didn't have a license then cast the line and then, then I look at my phone because what are you doing? But there's so much more to just throwing the line in the water. You can look around. Now, granted, this isn't some beautiful lake where we were on a boat or a pier. It's, it's a park. Mm-hmm. . But still it's, you know, it's still you.
It's funny cuz I did notice there were a ton of fish just jumping outta the water. It was the weirdest thing like jumping out. And Luke is like, God, you see that? I said, yeah. I go, that's crazy. He's like, yeah. So, I don't know, I just think it's, it's time to unplug as much as you can. I just, and I'm honest with you, everybody, I just looked at my phone a little while ago to, to set a timer for us. And that notification came up and said, you're, you're up 23% of looking at your phone.
DEANNA
mine's gonna come through too. It will, it'll say, um, you're up 10%, you're down 2% like . And I haven't been going live on, on TikTok a lot lately just cuz again, finishing work and not feeling the greatest. Um, so it told me I was down like, like 16 or 17%. I was like, dang, that's a lot of time to spend on TikTok. Um, but yeah, no, I, you know what I think would be cool though, if you wanted to, um, you know, I don't know what kind of music you and Luca both listen to when you're together. Um, but if you wanted to have your phone just in case of emergency, right? Cuz you are a dad and you are out in, you know, the elements with Luca, you could keep your phone on you. Maybe you guys could pick a radio station you could keep super low or something. So you still have it there just in case. Right? And I think background music is so nice, like, and kind of like you said, scoring your life. Um, and that's really cool. I think it would, you know, maybe something, or you could just listen to the birds, love the birds, you know, something
VICTOR
Or just like you put a meditation music on, I could put a meditation music on with birds in the background. I'm totally kidding. Because what would be the plan
DEANNA
You could try
VICTOR
The
DEANNA
One of my favorite parts,
VICTOR
The car's right over there. So if I did leave the car, the phone, in the car, it's not the end of the world, you know?
DEANNA
Oh, okay. Okay. It's not super far. Yeah, no, I, I, I agree though that doing things, um, with our kids, it's so easy to have our phone right next to us. Um, and you know what I, okay, so I follow, again, just tangents all over with this podcast today, but I follow a creator, her name is Mom Uncharted, and she talks about the, um, shing the oversharing of our children online, right? And she's not talking about like posting a of your kid with your family or like privately posting, you know, to your close friends or whatever. And she's talking about like the oversharing and like the family vlogs, right? Where they're talking about their kids major medical issues or, you know, just, just like the most intimate stuff that I wouldn't want anybody to share about me. But people are sharing about their kids. Well one of the things she was talking about is some of these logging families will say, but my kid loves to be in the videos.
My kid loves to be, have a camera in their face. Like they live for it. Well actually what it is, is that kids are happy doing things with you that make you happy. So if, if you are sitting there on your phone, your kids wanna be a part of that. They, they want that attention. Um, so like me and Harry, we actually make videos together all the time. But if you go through my TikTok, um, as someone who is not my mutual, you will not see Harry. Um, and you will also, you know, I probably have 50 drafts that I have just saved and screen recorded to send to my mother-in-law and my husband of me and Harry lip syncing. And he's actually really good at it. So like, yes, I, I love doing things electronically with my son. We play video games. Like I said, we make videos.
But he, I think part of why he enjoys doing that is because like, I laugh and I think it's funny. So for, for me and Harry, like when we go out on, we do, we do exploring walks. So like, we'll go walk on the bike trail or like down by the park that we like to go to and there's a big creek right there and we like to walk in the water right? As long as it's not too high. And, and I, I don't bring my phone out for every opportunity to take pictures or cuz I, I love documenting, but at the same time, I also want to enjoy that moment without the electronic piece in it. You know, I don't, I don't want, I don't want Harry's childhood memories to be mom had a camera in my face, mom Oh. Was on her phone the whole time. You know, again, I am the picture taker of the family. I take a lot of pictures, but I also know it's very important for me to be present with him too, so I'm not so distracted.
VICTOR
Talk a little bit about what you said that kids, when they grow up, they all they really want to do is just be a part of whatever their parents are doing. Right? So whether they're on the phone Yeah. Like when the parent says, well, they love to be on the video. Well, because you like to be on the video. Yeah. It's what we it's our kids. Again, it's all about programming kids. I mean, it's, they're little kids. So what are your thoughts on that? Yeah. And,
DEANNA
And I do think that some kids, or maybe a lot of kids do like to do funny things. Um, like Harry, um, he lost his first tooth recently blew our mind. Like he is officially out of baby toddlerhood and he has been for a while, right? But he asked me specifically take a picture, mommy. And he did one of these, you know, cuz it was his bottom front tooth. And I took a picture and, and had I not sat there and for another moment with him, let's say I just went right away and posted on Facebook. Cuz again, that's like kind of my generation, right? Um, we sat there for a second and I'm looking at it and he goes, okay, mommy, I wanna see, I wanna see what I look like. He just wanted to see what it looked like. It, I, I think, yeah, maybe he liked the picture, but it wasn't in his mind.
Let me go look in a mirror. It was, take a picture so I can see it. You know. And so I, I think, I think for a lot of kids, they just like to feel connected to their parents. It's not that they're connected to a digital memory, you know? Now I'm a big scrapbooker. Um, I love to scrapbook. That's, that's probably so on par with my personality, right? To, to sit there and cut things up and, and like put it all together and be artistic, right? I think that's, you know, maybe one day Harry will appreciate that and like it and enjoy it, but really I'm doing that for me, right? I'm the one who's sitting there and going through it and, and reminiscing about the pictures and being artistic and maybe he'll like it later on. Um, but really I think what, what my kid enjoys is just spending time together. Right. You know? Um, so we, we've also gotten into like a lot of board games and stuff like that. But we, I'll say that for another tangent, but yeah, I think they wanna be connected with us,
VICTOR
Right? And I think, like yesterday, you know, my boys, they, they, you know, they play their fair game video games. Oh yeah. Xbox, PlayStation, blah, blah, blah. So I was out in the garage cleaning it. I just moved not that long ago. And I'm really trying to clean out my garage and they have like a, a, it's hard to say it, but it, it's a place where all their, all their sports stuff is, and it's a mess. So I said, Hey guys, come out here and clean. I need you to clean. So no complaining they came out, I said, I need you to put all the stuff you want to keep here, other stuff that you want to, we're gonna give away, put in this bag. So they started doing this. Oh, look what I found. All of a sudden they're in the backyard playing whiffle ball for the next 45 minutes.
And the funny thing was, I have a, a nice little backyard, but there's a lot of fences. The balls were flying over into the other neighbors and they're, they're apologizing. They're so cute. They're like, thank you. Sorry. We don't mean to, you know, hit the ball there. It's like, wow, this is so cool. This is what summer is to me. It's like getting outside. And I love baseball again. So they're playing whiffle ball all because I asked them to clean out that part of the garage and it took them five minutes and then they were gone. They were playing baseball
DEANNA
Again. A connection, right? A total connection. And, you know, something else too, um, I, I signed Harry up for soccer, um, because his, his teachers had recommended get him into something where there's teamwork involved. Get him into things where he has to follow rules, direction, all that. So we started with swimming, um, and then we got into soccer. And I mean, I love soccer. I I've talked about, I'm, I'm Harry's coach right now. Um, I'm actually not gonna coach in the fall. Um, and I'll talk about that later in a couple podcasts. Um, but I'm not gonna coach in the fall. Cause I think it's really important for him to also hear from another adult in that capacity. Right. But in the beginning, when he is so little, you know, I've loved it, Harry, Harry might love it because I love it. Right? And so we're playing out in the yard.
Um, we got, we got a whole new front walkway and, and, and, and brick work. It's, it's so beautiful. And we've, because we don't have this rickety front porch anymore, we bought a fire pit. Like we've been sitting out in our front yard, socializing in our front yard, playing Uno in our front yard. And one of the things that we pulled out was, um, a baseball bat, a couple of myths. And I went on Amazon and bought, you know, a dozen youth balls, right? Harry loves baseball. He's cranking balls in our yard. And we've never really been like, let's teach him how to swing a bat. No, he's just, there's something about it where he's doing it. And we took him to a, a Cubs game a couple weeks back and he loved it. And I think part of that is, you know, we love it, but we've, you know, we watch baseball on tv.
We'll listen to it on the radio and things like that. But like, he's never seen us overly passionate. I he's never seen me go and coach baseball. I think that he sees us getting excited and he's excited, but part of that was just him enjoying it. You know? So there's some things that we can do, just like with the phone, right? Kids see us excited about making content, they wanna make content, but I think there can also be crossover, right? Where Harry just likes baseball and we happen to like it too, which is so cool. And that's one of our other summer things. Uh, going to, like you said, you're going to a Cubs game here pretty soon. Um, we wanna take Harry to a night game. Um, it's a totally different vibe, a totally different feeling. I think Matt and I are comfortable going to a night game together with our kid, because neither one of us drink, right? Matt's been sober now in, in the upcoming January, it'll be three years, right? Um, I don't, I don't really drink or anything like that. So both of us signed mi sound, mind and Body taking him out at night, and Harry really likes to boo and really likes to yell . So, uh, yeah, we're really excited about that too. But I, I, I love that your kids, like, they, they went out there to just go help you out, and then it turned into some fun memory with them, you know?
VICTOR
Yeah. And then we, the, all of us, my daughter included, we walked, uh, I, I live by the A square. It's an old square in the town. And, uh, we walked on, they have a farmer's market, so we just walked and we got some coffee, we walked around. Um, and that was that, that to me is what, what it's all about, right? It's all about being connected, not necessarily with the phone, uh, but just being connected as a family and, and being together and all that. I think that's really important, especially now that summer is upon us. And I'm excited. I'm excited. What, uh, what, see what it brings us summer, so
DEANNA
Me too. And this is Harry's, um, last summer before going to elementary school. Right. And we've been really, he's amazing. I, I, I don't even know how to feel about it. Um, and my therapist says, that's okay. And I like, I'm so excited. And at the same time I'm grieving that preschool is over. He's gonna go to my elementary school, which is the coolest thing, right? And, um, just seeing him become his own person. And, you know, I get to spend time with just me and Harry this summer, just me and Harry, and, you know, going into the next school year, it's gonna be different. It's gonna be different. Um, because he's gonna be going to school for six hours a day. I'm gonna be going back to work. Um, Matt always works. Matt doesn't get summers off. Uh, that's my husband and it's, it's, it's gonna be different. And so to have this time with Harry right now, before we get to that point, um, I don't wanna miss it. You know, so Right. Slowing, slowing down the summer. Go
VICTOR
Ahead. It goes like, it goes really, really fast. You know, my daughter, and next week is their last days, you know, they have finals. She's a junior.
DEANNA
Yep.
VICTOR
Junior. Just like that. And I, I can, I mean, people said that to me when I was, when they were growing, they were little, wait, it's gonna go fast. And I, you know, it does, but when you live it and you're like, holy cow, I can't, you know, I have almost for one full year, they're all gonna be in high school together. So
DEANNA
It's crazy.
VICTOR
It is crazy. It is. That's why you, you know what? There's to just,
DEANNA
You do, and there's, there's a quote, I think it's by CS Lewis that says, um, you know, day by day it feels like nothing changes, or, or day by day it feels like nothing changes, but when you look back, everything is different, right. Um, Harry's only five, he'll be six in July. Yeah. I, I mean, looking from here and when he was born and in the nicu, it is so different. And not just him as like a physical person, like he's grown, obviously. Um, but like, I'm different. And, and Matt is different, and the work we do is different, you know, and so I just, I know summer's gonna go by so fast. I know it is. And I just wanna, I wanna soak up the, the joy and the happiness and the things that are changing as much as I can. Cause before I know what Harry's gonna be in high school.
VICTOR
Oh yeah. Yeah. It'll be again, just like that . So, um, everyone, we wanna thank you and we, we can, are you okay, Deanna?
DEANNA
I'm, I'm fine. I'm fine. No, I'm fine. .
VICTOR
All right, everybody, we wanna thank you so much for this time today. Uh, again, a very light podcast. Um, I guess the takeaway would be to just enjoy, enjoy your day, enjoy your life, enjoy this beautiful summer that's upon us. And, uh, get out there and, and go fishing, but get a license. Okay, , uh, yes. Until next slide. Everyone
DEANNA
Be Happy. Share this with everybody. Uh, Absolutely. Okay. I, I will wrap up. Oh my God, be happy. Be healthy. Be safe. Get a fishing license.
VICTOR
Uh, be present. Be playful. Be powerful. Bye everybody. Have a good day.
